With the Movu Atlas 2D Shuttle System , we have opted for a fully automated high-bay warehouse with over 2,800 storage locations across 1,450 square metres, spread over 4 levels and reaching a height of 7.5 metres.

During storage, the pallet is removed from the lorry, tagged with a barcode and then placed on the conveyor belt. From there, it is automatically stored and transported to its designated location by a shuttle. This eliminates the need for manual handling and significantly reduces forklift traffic.

The system calculates the required replenishment itself. As a result, the correct pallet is automatically retrieved from the shuttle warehouse and sent directly to the employee for pre-picking.
This enables up to 20 put-away operations and 15 pick-ups per hour.

The entire system is controlled directly via our warehouse management system.
The shuttle, lift and conveyor technology operate in parallel, ensuring the first-in-first-out principle.
This leads to faster order fulfilment and an efficient flow of goods.
