From a garage start-up to an established LED manufacturer
Since Peter Berschneider and Thorsten Müller founded DOTLUX in 2010, a motivated team of 100 employees has grown in Weissenburg. A garage start-up has become an established LED manufacturer - with innovative products, a clear purpose, a strong vision and values that we live by every day.
A new understanding of leadership
This mission statement emerged from within the organisation, has been established in recent years and has been continuously developed.
