Mode of operation

Everyone in the circle takes responsibility

Circle work

The DOTLUX organisational model

At DOTLUX, we have an organisational model based on self-administration and decentralised decision-making.

This decision-making takes place in circles in which the members are mostly self-appointed. For us, a circle is a dynamic group that pursues a common goal. Each circle has a clear goal and specific responsibilities. This is where we make decisions together. We don't need a traditional manager to get started. A circle is free, independent and remains flexible.

Equal decision-making

Everyone can take part, everyone has the same voice.

Safe space for new ideas

What happens in a circle stays in a circle. This creates space for creativity and unfiltered opinions.

Flexibility

Anyone who has made their contribution to the circle can leave at any time. Once an entire circle has fulfilled its purpose, it is dissolved.
