Redesign of a doctor’s surgery
In collaboration with PAAL Dental, the MKG practice premises at Humboldtbogen in Göttingen were completely redesigned from scratch.

The MKG Dental Practice at Humboldtbogen specialises in oral and maxillofacial surgery and implantology.
Different rooms with specific lighting requirements
As the practice comprises rooms of varying sizes, each with different lighting requirements, suitable solutions had to be devised in collaboration with the planning specialists at PAAL Dental.
A lighting concept was drawn up in collaboration with the client and visualised in a lighting plan.

For the entrance area, the choice fell on the CIRCLE vario, as this illuminates the reception area in a bright and welcoming manner whilst providing colour-accurate light thanks to a CRI >92.
The treatment rooms were fitted with the PANELbig-ugr.
Here, it was important to achieve bright, even light with clean illumination, in which patients feel at ease and doctors can concentrate on their work.
The end result is that the new practice premises now look bright, modern and welcoming.
The reception area is a particular eye-catcher.

It turned out exactly as we’d hoped. The collaboration with PAAL Dental and DOTLUX went extremely well.
